Q&A: Given the recalls and safety concerns recently, would you buy a 2011 or 2012 Toyota?

Question by THE GUARDIAN OF FOREVER: Given the recalls and safety concerns recently, would you buy a 2011 or 2012 Toyota?

I probably would buy one.

Why? Because I think they will galvanize their efforts to make the best and safest products they can.

I think Toyota will look to recover with improved products, superior warranties, and perhaps some price incentives. What else can they do at this point? I’d say they kind of have to do these things. And hopefully the result will be great cars.

Would you buy a new Toyota?

Austin describes himself as a writer who draws. After seeing Austin’s found poetry collection Newspaper Blackout, Broome Community College invited him to deliver their commencement address. Austin shared the ten things he wished someone had told him when he was graduating, most notably, “Steal like an artist.” Once Austin posted the talk on his website, it instantly went viral. To date, the original post has been read by 1.5 million people. He has shared his ideas with audiences at TEDx, SXSW, and The Economist’s Ideas Economy conference. Austin’s insightful guidance and distinctive presentation has struck a chord with those trying to create original work in a time when nothing seems new. Indeed, we learn from Austin that nothing is original. All creative work must build on what came before and combine old concepts in exciting new ways. Now, Austin Kleon has delved deeper into his ideas and expanded his game-changing speech into a manifesto: STEAL LIKE AN ARTIST: 10 Things Nobody Ever Told You About Being Creative (Workman Publishing, April). The book tells us all how to study our heroes and begin to see the world as they do. You’ll learn how to copy, steal, and be inspired by the world around you — without plagiarizing it. True to his tenets, Austin makes practical advice seem fresh with striking illustrations and genuine passion. His book will help experienced professionals and new graduates alike find new ways of working. His wisdom has clear applications to creative

prove that the products ab and ba are conjugate elements in a group?

Question by Jenny H: prove that the products ab and ba are conjugate elements in a group?

prove that the products ab and ba are conjugate elements in a group. Please show steps!

Best answer:

Answer by Copestone
The answer is almost tirivial. It is just a two line proof but since you ask for details, I would write down everything for you, including definitions.

Let a, b ? G, a group. Let e be the identity element.

Recall from definition that the products ab and ba are conjugates if there is an element x ? G such that
x(ab) = (ba)x

So, simply take x = a^{-1}

Then x(ab) = (a^{-1})(ab) = (a^{-1})(a) = eb = b
while (ba)x = (ba)(a^{-1}) = b((a)(a^{-1}) = be = b.

It follows that x(ab) = (ba)x.
Equivalently, some textbook also writes x(ab)x^{-1} = ba.

Adrian Lyne buffs the premise of Honeymoon in Vegas to a fine gloss in this yuppie melodrama that poses the conundrum of whether the loving husband of an equally loving wife will accept million to allow his wife to spend one night with a billionaire who looks like Robert Redford. All the cynics please take a number and form a line at the right. Demi Moore and Woody Harrelson play Diana and David Murphy, high-school sweethearts who marry and who are doing very well; Diana is a successful real-estate agent, and David is an idealistic architect who has built a dream house by the ocean, until the recession hits. Suddenly, David loses his job, and they can’t make the mortgage payments. Dead broke, they borrow 00 from David’s father and head to Las Vegas to try to win money to pay the mortgage on their house. At first, they get 000 ahead, but inevitably the house always wins, and they end up losing it all. While Diana is in the fancy casino boutique trying to lift some candy, she is spotted by billionaire John Gage (Robert Redford), who is immediately attracted to her. John invites Diana and David to an opulent party, and it is there that John offers David million for a night with his wife. David is wracked by this moral dilemma, but Diana finally makes the decision on her own, with ensuing consequences for their ideal marriage and their bank account.

by John Kannenberg

Question by : Why do extremist muslims come to Europe to avoid being persecuted under sharia law, and then try and make us?

accept sharia law? How f***** stupid are they?
JoeKing, start reading any European newspaper and you will see who says different. Sharia law has already been partially adopted in the UK for thyings like family law and there are campaigns for full sharia law.
If muslims have to accept the laws of their host country why do they cause acts of terrorism here? Terrorism is not legal.

Best answer:

Answer by Brighter tomorrow
Islam desperately needs a reform so that it can exist with non-muslims around the world.
