I am building a device that could treat a certain disease….so how do I formulate a hypothesis?
Also, I’m not really sure how to collect numerical data, because it is a device …I need help lol sorry I am in high school. And how do I keep on journal for my project? What should I write inside of it??
I’m sorry if these questions may seem stupid, but this is my first engineering project and I have no guidance.

This is all rather vague.
Your journal should directly record everything you do related to the project.
If you want numerical data, you must devise some measurement that will produce numbers. There should be two at least: some measure of the application of your device, and some measure of the results.
The routine hypothesis to test is whether or not your process had an effect, hopefully beneficial. For this, you will need to be able to compare one bunch with treatment, and another bunch without the treatment, and look to see if there is a significant difference between the two groups.

Many of the pharmaceuticals that might help with memory are prescription based to fight certain mental ailments, but they also tend to have a lot of negative side effects.
That being said, the most popular natural products for brain health are Ginkgo Biloba, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Fish Oil (Omega 3), Phosphatidylserine (abbreviated PS), DMAE, Huperzine A, Bacopa Monnieri (or Monniera), and Vinpocetine.
There are a LOT of people that get a lot of benefit from any combination of those. I would suggest adding one at a time to your daily regiment as too much too fast can be tough. I would recommend starting pretty much in order of how I listed them… that’s a pretty good listing in order of popularity and effect for the general population. Good luck and I hope I helped!

Before the mid-twentieth century, consumers were without rights with regard to their interaction with products and commercial producers. Consumers had little ground on which to defend themselves against faulty or defective products, or against misleading or deceptive advertising methods.
By the 1950’s, a movement called consumerism began to gather a following, pushing for increased rights and legal protection against malicious business practices. By the end of the decade, legal product liability had been established in which an aggrieved party need only prove injury by use of a product, rather than bearing the burden of proof of corporate negligence.
In 1962, President John F. Kennedy presented a speech to the United States Congress in which he extolled four basic consumer rights, later called The Consumer Bill of Rights.

The assertion of this right is aimed at the defense of consumers against injuries caused by products other than automobile vehicles, and implies that products should cause no harm to their users if such use is executed as prescribed. Established in 1972 by the US federal government, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has jurisdiction over thousands of commercial products, and powers that allow it to establish performance standards, require product testing and warning labels, demand immediate notification of defective products, and, when necessary, to force product recall.

The right to free choice among product offerings states that consumers should have a variety of options provided by different companies from which to choose. The federal government has taken many steps to ensure the availability of a healthy environment open to competition through legislation including limits on concept ownership through Patent Law, prevention of monopolistic business practices through Anti-Trust Legislation, and the outlaw of price cutting and gouging.

This right asserts the ability of consumers to voice complaints and concerns about a product in order to have the issue handled efficiently and responsively. While no federal agency is tasked with the specific duty of providing a forum for this interaction between consumer and producer, certain outlets exist to aid consumers if difficulty occurs in communication with an aggrieving party. State and federal Attorney Generals are equipped to aid their constituents in dealing with parties who have provided a product or service in a manner unsatisfactory to the consumer in violation of an applicable law. Also, the Better Business Bureau is a national non-governmental organization whose sole agenda is to provide political lobbies and action on behalf of aggrieved consumers.

This right states that businesses should always provide consumers with enough appropriate information to make intelligent and informed product choices. Product information provided by a business should always be complete and truthful. Aiming to achieve protection against misleading information in the areas of financing, advertising, labeling, and packaging, the right to be informed is protected by several pieces of legislation passed between 1960 and 1980.

With respect to advertising standards and consumer interaction with commercial producers, over forty US states have enacted “cooling-off” legislation that permits consumers to change their minds about the purchase of a product when dealing directly with a salesperson.

I can make the Venn Diagram with circles, and list the things I need under each category, but I can’t figure out how to label the overlapping parts in the Venn Diagram or list things under them. Can somebody please help me? And if you can’t label the inner parts of the venn diagram then Word is just plain stupid as that is the whole point of making a venn diagram with relationships shown. Please help me?

First, software is not stupid. It has no mind, therefore it can not have a quantified level of intelligence, even at a relative level.
Second, Word is a word processing program. It is meant for writing text, sometimes with images embedded. So, it gets kind of flaky when you are trying to draw. I would find it perfectly acceptable that it might not be able to handle all of the different kinds of drawing that you try to throw at it.
I would recommend finding some other software to do your work. If you have the money, there is Microsoft Visio, which is designed for what you want it to do. Otherwise, you could use a painting program if it doesn’t need to look clean and neat, or a drawing program if it does.

I remember when I was younger I would hear people say that the phones in Japan were very advanced. I was recently talking with a study abroad student from Japan and all his products were Apple. Was it a myth that their consumer technology was a lot better than ours ever?

Yes they do…but also.other country are advanced.. america has some states that high then others…i heard that japan is on like a 7g…when most the us is still 3g…new york i think you can get 5g..but no phones hear are capeable yet..
