I don’t know the full law on the subject, but I do know that recalls are required only when a defective product presents a *safety* issue.

Actually when I run the directx test directX feature is available but direct3D feature is missing so is it that there is some fault in my graphics card or some graphics card have directX but do not have direct3D feature
So I am unable to play only Direct3D games but directX is availble
And I use an onboard graphics card, I have downloaded almost 10 drivers still the same problem

I have an old Dell Latitude CPx that is that way
