Question by ghostman: how do I fix an electrical problem with my dome lights in my 97 Chevy Blazer?

I looked on-line for some answers but I still need help. No matter what, the dome lights in my truck will not go off. Engine on or off, doors open or shut, even the dome light switch on or off doesn’t affect it. I thought one of the censors might be bad, but I pulled all of them out. NO GO! The stupid f****** lights are still on! I pulled the bulbs out, for now, to save my battery. I still need to find out how to eliminate this problem. Any Ideas?

Okay.. I had to start with the obvious:

Are all your doors closed (including the hatch?)

Also: The dimmer knob for your dash lights also controls your dome light, so that you can turn it on without opening your door. Make sure it isn’t turned on.

And make sure the dome override light is off….

Stupid table problem… design view only..help?

Question by tang: Stupid table problem… design view only..help?

Well here’s two pictures:

The first is of the problem. I place pictures of my mum’s art in the cells to the right and for some reason, the damn cells on the left have to expand wth the ones on the right, leaving me with a completely stuffed up navigation. You can see a normal navigation in the second pic. I’ve been trying to make those cells on the left go little to match the website template. It seems to be impossible, I’m using Frontpage and no I can’t do any coding, is there any function within the program that I’m missing where I can just easily select for this to NOT happen?
this is driving me nuts, if i can’t do it i’m going to have to send her to a pro where she will spend hundreds of dollars.
I tried to paste some code in here but it exceeds the character limit. Isn’t there some way I can just do this through thr buttons on frontpage? I need to be able to do this to about 40 damn pages, so it needs to be simple. It’s looking like a pro is the only way out.
Hey sory for swearing I’m just pretty pissed off with this website. Thanks for your help.

Set the cell width to your desired proportion in the

tag. It’d be easier if I could see your code. It really isn’t hard to learn html/css on your own. Take about a week to study for about an hour a day and you could easily solve this problem on your own. If you are using the same styles for a table on 40 pages, then your best bet would be to create a .css file and link each page to it. Frontpage, or any other wysiwyg software out there are not always accurate and I wouldn’t suggest using one if you don’t have to. I don’t know how frontpage does things, so I can’t tell you how to do this with that program. Just try to find a table/cell width menu and adjust it.
