Nokia N97 Flash Flooding Problem: Easy Fix!

This is the easiest way to fix the Nokia N97’s flash flooding problem. All you need is a black permanent marker pen with a fine nib and that’s it! The principle, is that this stops the light from the flash entering the glass covering the camera and thus stopping the flash flooding problem. It really works, and it saved my pictures!!
THX A? LOT MAN.
Looking forward to try that but looks promising? !
this? works …thx very much :*
hey bro thankyou very much…..? this works
Since I’m a phone dealer, I have had lots of Nokia N97s and all of them had the same issue (definitely a factory flaw) and after trying this I CAN VERIFY THAT? THIS SOLUTION WORKS (it worked the same on every N97 that I tried). Even though there is still a tiny bit of flooding on the side, but hey, that cannot be helped, so its OK.
thanks it works!!?
thank? you
u rocks dude…….? keep sharing
thanks dude it really works.you rocks? man
I want to personally thank you for making this video.? I’ve been plagued by this problem until I saw this video. The N97 community is in your debt.

hey, i just did wat u said and? my problems r all fixed!
i took like 20 pictures in complete darkness and they all come out perfectly (or as perfect N97 lets them come out).
no flash-bleedings in like 18-19 pictures.
cheers!
gracias, lo hice y me quedo decentemente funcionando.?
OR YOU COULD JUST TURN OFF? THE FLASH ITSELF??????
Brilliant, absolutely brilliant!!! I had the same problem and since this is the easiest and the cheapest way to solve it… I tried and it works, not perfect but it works and it’s much better now….. as the guy said, blame the Nokia designer/developer? for this problem….

@wigisan I suggest you AVOID using the lens cover … just keep it open? …
I had the same problem I tried it and it worked. So simple and cheap but? works great.
Thanks a lot.
Great Idea. Works Fine. 100 % Result. Thanks? a lot Friend.
i have resolved, instead of print with black marker, ive used a slim rettangular portion 2×11 mm, of a black plastic scotch, for cover 1mm on lateral portion and 1mm on superior? portion of flash plastic.
