Procter and Gamble has recalled various types of dry pet food because they could be contaminated with salmonella. The recall includes certain Iams dry dog and cat foods and Eukanuba dog foods.
The affected product was sent to retailers across the United States. All of them were made at a single P&G manufacturing site within a 10-day period.
Pets infected with salmonella may be lethargic and have diarrhea and vomiting. Pets carrying the illness can pass it on to humans. People infected with salmonella may experience nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain and fever. Anyone with these symptoms should contact their health-care provider.
No salmonella-related illnesses from the pet food have been reported so far.
Consumers who purchased a recalled product should stop using it and contact P&G toll free at 800-208-0172 (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET).

But if you do you should try BLUE BUFFALO form pet smart you can choose Puppy Adult Senior type ask a pet smart associate for more advice

I’m looking at Google Earth. Kentucky. I’m looking at this large long gap running along the Virginia part of the state. It runs between state highway 3403 (119) and state highway 931 (160). Can anyone tell me what kind of geological feature this is? What’s it called? Does it have a name or story about how it was formed?

took me a minute to find it, but it is called a syncline, it is a downward pointing fold in sedimentary rock

it is a region in the Appalachians called the valley and ridge province whee the rock is folded into parallel synclines and anticlines (upward pointing folds)

So if there are any issues with this build please give me your advice, I’m open to suggestions.
PS: I understand that this rig isn’t the best quality; however, i am working on a budget. These are the parts I would like to use, so unless they aren’t compatible, or I need more than 320GB of HD 😉 then I wouldn’t want to change the SPECS. And yes VISTA 64bit.

Not bad of a rig, but i would recommend you get more than 320 GB of hard drive space, it will get eaten up pretty quickly, trust me.
At least get a 500GB hard drive

Companies, by law, are required to educate and warn the customer of all the risks and dangers associated with using their product. Anything from a choking hazard to serious injury or death, must be covered in the warning and safety pamphlets.
Would this law apply for a website’s product, such as e-merchandise? Like malfunctioning e-merch; such as techincal problems, especially if they knew they could happen? If not, can someone give me a link to a website with Californian laws for online business and warning/educating consumers?

Yes, you are required to post warnings about your product that you are selling on your website, both current warnings and past warnings about the product and where to find more information about the product in question.
If its a recalled item, you also must post a warning about the recall on your website.
That would be fraud if you dont do so.

The knife is large enough so it doesn’t make much of a weight difference. Maybe it would be useful if you wanted to bend a piece of metal like a nail?

The head rest on airplane seats tilt downwards forcing you to hunch your neck and head forward – it’s sooo uncomfortable! Why don’t the head rests tilt back, or at least sit straight up and down.
Head and neck cushions help a little, but why oh why do they design the chairs this way?!

Yes that is annoying, maybe because when you lean the chair back the person behind you won’t fell like your head is in their face. Maybe they were designed for shorter people. I was on this flight once and the girl ahead of me reclined her chair all the way and I felt squashed the whole flight.
