Question by Power: Is there a section or site for consumer problems?

When I think of the money I would have it I would only understand what to do when I have been ripped off I would have a lot of money.

I was just thinking of a time I purchased something with a rebate & then got the rebate back saying they couldn’t honor it. So I bought their product & ended up stuck paying too much for it.

If I would have known where to go to for wisdom on this subject I would have been better off.

Now I have found out that years ago I bought a computer from Best Buys & it was overheating & not working. When I would call them they wanted to charge me a large amount of money to speak with the geek squad. Then I was in Walmart one day & say that computer had been recalled. i had already replaced it with a new computer from Walmart. So now I know I can get my money back but I really don’t know how to go about whatever I need to do & don’t want to waste my time.

So where can a consumer find support in getting what they really are entitled to get? Is there a section here at y/a or is there another free site for this?
