Question by Corey D: How can i remove scratches on the outer part of my black Nintendo DS?

I want to remove the scratches. I made the mistake of leaving it in my bookbag with no case and now it is totally scratched up.I just want to make them less noticable, because i know they wont totally come out. I am also going to buy another cover for it, like the ones they sell in gamestop with designs on it.

Also, is a sun/moon a stupid design for a tattoo or can it be a classic image (especially when done by a good artist)?
