Those of you who have requested a refund from the McNeil product recall website?

Question by ?Holly? Mama to Jaden and Rylee: Those of you who have requested a refund from the McNeil product recall website?

For the recent tylenol/motrin/bendadry/zyrtec recall. I sent my request last night. I had 2 bottles of infant tylenol, one bottle of children’s tylenol, and one bottle of children’s motrin. What happens now? They had to get my phone number and said something about calling me. Will they call me or just send the refund in the mail?
Tina-Me too. They are on my kitchen counter.

I didn’t have an option to have them *not* call me. My phone number was mandatory.

I submitted mine over a week ago. I chose to be emailed instead of called, but no response yet. It would be nice if they gave a little bit more information. 🙂
