i’ll have to go watch the movie now, i’m curious .. 1994 seems a little early for commercial tablets or touch screens

Can I sue apple for deteroriating my vision from using their iphone?
Question by Prabowo: Can I sue apple for deteroriating my vision from using their iphone?
Because the way the interface is designed, it is displayed like a very small laptop screen, and it is uncomfortable to zoom in when browsing the net/safari.
Blackberry has even smaller screen, but web sites are displayed in columns, with fairly large enough character to read.
It is apple’s design flaw to not utilize larger screens (like on some android phones), or arranging the websites on safari in easier to read format. If this continue I’ll need to stop using iphone for browsing (which is one of my main reason to buy them in the first place), or I’ll need new lens for my eyewear very soon.

Apple iMac 27 Inch Horrible Customer Service Experience Turned Positive!
UPDATE 12/11/11 THIS ISSUE HAS NOW BEEN RESOLVED BY APPLE. I COMMEND THEM FOR STANDING BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND RESOLVING MY ISSUE FOR ME. I WILL REMAIN A MEMBER OF THE APPLE PRODUCT FAMILY! I’m not bashing Apple. I have owned and still own many of their products. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the design flaw that is present within the iMac 27 inch display and Apple Customer Care’s response to the issue. Dust seeps into the display and creates large dust spots over time. This is a product design flaw and Apple should be held legally accountable to offer a product recall to either repair, replace or refund customers. This video explains the steps that I took to escalate the issue within Apple. I was polite during my communications with Apple and took many more steps than any customer should have to take, to attempt to get an issue resolved (especially for such an expensive product)! My attempts were unsuccessful and the bottom-line is that I’d have to drive to my local Apple Store (about 100 miles away) and then pay to have the issue resolved. It would also not be resolved the same day, so that’d be around 400 miles worth of gas money out of my pocket plus the repair cost. Shipping the iMac 27 inch to Apple for repair was not an option. I even made Apple aware of the fact that since my warranty had expired that I removed the outer glass myself and attempted self-repair. I reiterated that there is an obvious design flaw with their iMac 27 inch but they did not …

Design flaw: why aren’t all laptops manufactured out of metal (steel, aluminium), like the Apple Macbook Pro?
Question by Corruptor Bot ¦ÆЩ±®¬: Design flaw: why aren’t all laptops manufactured out of metal (steel, aluminium), like the Apple Macbook Pro?
Why aren’t all laptops manufactured out of metal (steel, aluminium), like the Apple Macbook Pro?
My father recently purchased an Apple Macbook Pro. Very impressive notebook computer. But what really caught my attention is the fact that it’s made from a single block of genuine aluminium. Thus I just wondered why aren’t most electronic devices and consumer electronic products and their external shells made out of metal? Surely then it will be near-indestructible.
And another flaw I noticed in many mobile phones is that the LCD screen is positioned too close to the actual plastic screen surrounding it. To see what I mean, look at a Samsung D600, and look at the screen from an angle, and you’ll notice there’s a fairly large gap between the plastic screen and the actual LCD inside. This is good. Because without the gap, you can drop the phone and the LCD will crack easily. Many laptops have this same design flaw.

My previous macbook had a plastic case. It worked fine, no problems. My current one is made from aluminum. It’s fine also. A bit thinner than the previous one.
Milling something from a block of aluminum is expensive. The manufacturer has to make tradeoffs between cost and usability, and they all make the tradeoff’s differently. Don’t forget the unit with the aluminum case sells for 00.

Apple announces iPad 2 – parody
This video is a parody of announcement of iPad 2, I guess it will be pretty obvious I’m not exactly Apple fan. I don’t mind Apple over-pricing things, I mind that people are actually buying them, these products could be so much cheaper if you would let Apple know that you won’t pay for stupid cable. The other things which I don’t like is how they reinventing things, their products are not that great, only reason why they’re selling them is because of the apple on the back. Also that “new” design, I understand it is slimmer, I got that, but that’s not a new design, it would be new design if it was a hexagon or something like this, something that I can easily spotted. You know like classical dell laptop has different design from macBook, something like that. Personally I also don’t like when things are too easy so everyone can use it, I think that for some things you should still have a bit of skill. That’s why I use PC, yeah things are more difficult but I always have plenty of choices. I wonder how many people won’t read this description … well enjoy this video. You can check original video here: www.youtube.com Personally I’ve spent like 3 hours watching that official iPad announcement, first time because I wanted to rage, second time because I was writing this parody and third time it was for different bits to put my parody together from visual side. Oh and if you would have problem how Vol Jang (green troll, if you are not familiar with TrollsNews) walking, just …
Mirror’s Edge Part 9: Umbrella and Apple team up… at the mall!
Mirror’s Edge is a game about…parkour, in the first person! So that makes it exciting! Let’s not remember the dumb story, awkward controls, and sometimes stupid game design. But hey, it’s unique and different, so at least it has that.
