Science, God and DawahFilms

This is a comment on the claims that science has established a natural propensity to a god in the human brain. I also show what the result is for people like DawahFilms, who don’t look for background information or don’t take a critical look at something which satisfies their immediate and superficial requirements. such as a headline. So they see the title of a paper which mentions science and something that would fit into their agenda and they take it on board without any checks. I’m an atheist …..

    ___

Do scientific discoveries and knowledge cause such a scientist to conclude that matter, *unknowing and unperceiving *, is his creator and that of all beings?

    No?

Then how can the duped atheists and some of the scientists delude themselve? and *believe* that hydrogen and oxygen, electrons and protons, should first produce themselves, then be the source for all other beings, and finally decree the laws that regulate themselves and the rest of the material world?

I am reading a book called the God Impulse written by a brain surgeon? about how religion may possibly be hardwired into the brain. Haven’t finished it , but he covers all this research and experiences of people who have had near death experiences and saw what they ‘wanted’ to see. I noticed that these ‘outer body experiences’ almost always depended on the religion or non religion the person was in and what their brain conjured up for them in such a situation.

  3. VolkColopatrion says:

the Templeton foundation is absolutely corrupt. if any of you bother to look further you’ll see how they are the antithesis of academic integrity to even out right lie and manipulate their results and even buy out people to come? to a summit so that said people will speak for the foundation.

i KNOW there’s a god. And WHERE heaven is at.I have had? (VISIONS) of god , and have had witnesses who are still living today who saw this. All you islamists and other over – the top religious groups , you may come and kill me if you wish , i will not put up a fight and i don’t want anyone to die for me , as do any real followers of the? fish. (remember the roman arenas) If you want to hear my explanation , go to my youtube username channel.

  5. Etheoma says:

there is a section that says basically children from the age of? 4 will generally believe as I said that inanimate or un-living or objects that were not designed depending on your believe have a dispossession to believe they have a propose like one kid was asked does the river not seem to be still because it has little or no water running though it or is it so that animals could wash them self’s without being washed away.

and the children mostly voted on the without getting washed away

  6. Targonit says:

I think I know the video. Is it about schools? where kids get indoctrinated or kids developing a sense for a god if left alone? Is it about kids answering with intuitive, purpose driven suggestions but never a god?

  7. Targonit says:

Interesting. Yes, please send it to me. But are we talking about kids creating imaginary friends and magic or an entity with the attributes? of a god?

  8. Etheoma says:

search “richard dawkins faith school menace” if its not limited to the UK there should be a?? full video

from about 40:30 it should take about that subject.

  9. Etheoma says:

I’m an atheist but I do have to poke some holes in there even though that study is obviously BS there have been proper? studies on children with controls etc etc and they still attribute inanimate or unlifing objects with having a deign or intention if i can find a clip of a documentary made by Richard Dawkins ill try and send it to you in a message. because you cant send links in a comment…

“Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I’m? not sure about the former.”
    ~ Albert Einstein

The sad, scary fact is that stupidity has shown itself to be a ‘winner’, over and over again. Sharia is coming to a town near you, soon!

  11. MardasMan says:

Every video responding? to Dawahfilms video could be pressed into one sentence:
“Learn the scientific principle “burden of proof”!”

  12. PiskieBenWa says:

    Subbed? & faved.

  13. Liefliefmeisje says:

you sound like a devil “ha ha ha” please stop that! Peace ps one? god forever!

  14. StopSpamming1 says:

Well, it’s undecided on the musical background. I like it. As I am talking about superstition it is fitting – I think.

But? as long as people are disagreeing with my taste in music and not the message itself I am a happy chappie.

  15. Robert Smart says:

Interesting video.? Dump the awful music, its really not needed.

  16. DrunkenNuts says:

i? thanks to you for doing the homework for all us douchebags.

  17. StopSpamming1 says:

} “almost all of our history we have relied on mythology”
    Isn’t it time to change?

} “science is often presented to the public in terms of stories”
Sure, but as I pointed out here we are dealing with scientific proof and the scientific method, which is n longer a children’s story – as much as religious adults would like it that way.

Both points not really requiring? special attention – but I replied anyway.

  18. CMO999 says:

Dawahfilms is such? a jerk! I try to stay neutral and appreciate what everyone has to say, but it’s hard to with him.

  19. Templetonq says:

    PART 2

Even today, popular science is often presented to the public in terms of stories, rather than data – something derided by scientists as “Disney-fication”. My limited experience with children? tells me they are more prone to all this than adults. They are prone to magical thinking like the moon is following them. Notwithstanding, presenting this as evidence of a particular religion like Islam is pushing it.

  20. Templetonq says:

This particular case aside, why is it so preposterous to propose that it may be more natural for humans to view the world anthropomorphically rather than mechanistically? For almost all of our history we have? relied on mythology rather than “science” to explain our place in the universe. This tendancy is alive and well even today.

  21. jonjoe1000 says:

I think Kevin is entertaining. Its not often that you get to see so much vanity egoism and complete comic delusion all at once. Every time he appears he hoists? himself with his own petard

  22. TheRationalizer says:

Yes, people instinctively believe the Earth is stationary and that both the? Sun and Moon orbit around it every day too 🙂

  23. TheRationalizer says:

Do you think the possibility of changing your name from “Kevin” to “Lion of? God” might have been a factor of his conversion? 🙂
