There is a recall on peanut butter filling, will you throw your cookies out?

Question by San Diego Art Nut: There is a recall on peanut butter filling, will you throw your cookies out?

The FDA has issued a warning that some peanut butter filling has been contaminated. If you had any in your house would you throw it away? If it was or was not the named brands? Have you ever been affected by a product recall? What was it? How careful are you about food? Or stuff you buy in discount stores?
Orlando,
I did not know the name of the company but was not trying to panic anyone. I was more interested in whether people take these warnings seriously.

Like I said to my friend who told me that every tub of peanut butter has at least 10 rat hairs in it “If I dont see it I dont care.” Or in this case “If I dont taste it I dont care.”

yes I threw them out I won’t take any chances. I do not buy any food products from discount retailers for this reason.
