Many innocent people died because they were deliberatly not helped. Food and water was deliberatly refused. Basically, FEMA created the failures – the network was in place to help people, FEMA disturbed that helping process to turn a crisis into a catastrophe.

    Absolutely NOT!!! That is not the government’s purpose. The federal government is neither an insurance company or a charity.

    Should the federal government(the taxpayer)make whole every loss to every individual who is a victim of an event beyond their control? Crime, disease, weather, economy, etc. Is this feasible? Reasonable? Or just a liberal pipedream of one looking for a handout off the backs of hardworking people who, in dire straights, would work hard and help themselves.

  3. I am sure they will demand to be made a lot better off then before the flood. Do you think they are going to accept shacks from the government to replace the shakes they lost?
