This not the first O’Reilly Webcast I’ve seen that has problems with audio.
Those guy should pay more attention to that issue.?
Notice how a majority of the sentences that he speaks are … “like this. You know, where everything has a question mark at the end of it. With an upward inflection.” This speech pattern is known as? High Rising Terminal. This is generally frowned upon for public speaking. Also, the audio is a bit choppy. Otherwise, material is good.

smart guy, there are 50 reasons for vertical integration, asset specificity is just one among? them. it really is no different than any other model a social scientist might come up with. worse however is that empirical evidence has been very mixed. that happens because his theory ignores a wide variety of interactions and contingencies.
