“Beyond the environment” …Obviously a concept that only elected officials understand, Well, OK, I suppose if we were only talking about the economy, the job outlook, or the regulatory environment, at least the left half of? our Congress and all of the Administration reasoning from “Beyond the ozone”, so guess the concept isn’t unprecedented.
