    Anyone? who’s been stuck at Charles De Gaule airport for any length of time knows that the place is a design disaster in the first place. The escalators only go between alternate floors (ie 1, 3, etc) which means that to reach floor 2 you have to take escalator to floor three and use the stairs down to floor 2. BUT WAIT, you can’t take luggage trolleys down stairs! All toilets are outside passport control! The place is a nightmare.
