In each case the creationist statements are shown to be outrageously stupid by even the most rudimentary knowledge of science. In this episode it is shown how little respect creationists have for the western value of free speech. Repeatedly caught either censoring comments with zeal, or simply not allowing them. This trend goes across the board from the scientifically illiterate creationists, to the hub of the intelligent design movement, The Discovery Institute. Its further found that many of the earlier ‘Why do people laugh at creationists’ videos (particularly parts 3, 4 and 5, mainly containing material from the convicted fraudster and Young Earth Creationist, Kent Hovind), despite having an open comments section, have been targeted by creationist flagging campaigns. Yup that’s right, they had the latitude to present whatever argument they wanted, and what did they do? Embark on a flagging campaign. Evidently this is what some creationists think the strongest argument for creationism is.

I thought there just isn’t enough honor on the internet for this game so I decided to make this complete walkthrough with all the cutscenes and briefings for the honor of this game and to show everyone who haven’t play this what they have missed. This is my 70th playthrough of this game even though the number could be a bit higher or a bit lower because I lost track at 64th playthrough time and had to pick it up at some point. I haven’t played this game in years, when I was a little kid I played this multiple times per year and I really owned in this game back then and as you may notice along the video, the rust has picked up on me too as well on the Antaeus. Anyway, even this game still has good graphics, awesome gameplay, awesome story, awesome music, awesome sound enviroment and all that of course it isn’t totally perfect game. For instance the AI is really stupid and its path finding skills at times are very poor. (Especially on last level I was losing my temper with the AI because the whole glory of flaws in the AI design shined there brightly and they acted as dumb as retards.) Also there’s still a small issue with staying on top of the carrier when the carrier is moving but fortunatelly this also is happening only on the last level. But about the game: This game is Hostile Waters released in 2001. This game is also know as Hostile Waters: Antaeus Rising but I think that’s in the United States only. It was developed and published by Rage Games Limited company (which …

lol damn man. that is determination! XD
this just means you’re winning bro lol
Rated. Favorited. Down with anti-intellectualism (ID/Creationsim)!
@taiwanoob LOL! its funny cause its possible. i mean, they are dumb, and they pass on the dumb genes.
@lxtrix1 YES INDEED.
Obviously what I just said was pure speculation. However, 10000 years from now, remember that a youtube user by the name of Taiwanoob was the first to predict the comings of the Homo Dummasicus. ^.^ Creationists can ignore this because you don’t believe in evolution and that your poisoning of your children is slowly killing off your genetic descendant.
It’s okay 10000 years from now we, true scientists, will have evolved into the Homo Darwanian (Named after Darwin, of course), with superior mental abilities. While these creationists will gain vestigal properties in the brain, and turn into the Homo Dummasicus (named after “Dummbass”, which is what they became after habitually ignoring and rejecting reason and scientific values). Needless to say, the newly ill equipped species will not survive.
“not letting them comment on my motherfucking boards”
Or in real life either, you fucking piece of shit.
This is a great series of videos, I’m currently watching them all in order. I haven’t yet, but fully intend to subscribe to your channel so I don’t miss any future videos you might release. It’s obvious from these videos that you are a well educated individual, but out of curiosity, what degrees do you hold and in what field(s)?
My apologies for the below, I hit send too early. I was going to ask how Creationists explain the presence of black, white, oriental, native american, Asian, aboriginal etc races? Surely this goes a long way to explain environmental adaptation? Or do they just play the Micro-evolution card?
How does creationism get around the diversity of humans on earth? I remember something about God creating Adam and Eve, but where did
Hey bud, I would like to thank you for the videos. I get a good laugh as well as further my understanding of the natural world.
Nice redneck accent 🙂
I laughed my ass off! Too funny! Good stuff thx for posting! I enjoy watching all these videos.
i meant to post something clever to illustrate that i’m with you all the way. however, i failed to come up with something sufficiently clever, and will simply state that i find your series to be be most insightful in the core problems a rational person faces when conversing with a creationist….. it can be daunting.
and though the subtle humor takes away most of the sting they must feel, i suspect it’s not enough. in my experience, those closed to reason hates being laughed at most.
@MrAnthonyfilms Fair craic.. I didn’t see the ” ” (foot in mouth) my apologies.
@KissMyCarp I have a very good understanding of evolution seeing that im a biochemistry major.. this was a quote from the video.
@MrAnthonyfilms your misconception of the workings of Evolution is wrong.. very, very wrong. We [humans] DID NOT evolve from primates we [humans and primates] evolved from the same distant ancestor which was neither monkey nor human… some of you pious people only serve to alienate the ‘thinkers’ among us. I mean… You have top comment and cant even string a tangible sentence together.. I feel sorry for you and your inability to decipher fact and fiction..
7:35-7:56 LOL
8:25 to 9:02 !!!
XD
@ApatheticOmniscience and ratings,and messages unless your a friend,It speaks volumes about how unsure they are about what they are saying.
Shockofgod also censors comments…
Thunderf00t, you may very well be the wisest man I have ever seen (or heard, in this case). I love these videos and you inspire me. Thank you 🙂
@ TheZooCrew:
Yeah, I know.
It’s just, what I wanted to say was that I can observe something and reasonably asume it to be true without ever having proven it.
And also that it’s possible to observe something without proving just as it is possible to prove without observing.
@AmeNoOrchestra69
“I cannot prove gravity, no matter how often I observe it.”
But you can prove that a certain mathematical model as well as a conceptual understanding of gravity are accurate to within a reasonable degree.
Math is a purely human construct, not an inherent quality of nature. We developed math and apply it to nature. We can prove things about our own constructs, but we can only prove reasonable accuracy of those contructs when applied to nature.
This is a very eloquent and intelligent response to the issue.
@dageezerboi Maybe a little bit but not quite. This game is based on old Amiga game called Carrier Command which is currently being remade as Carrier Command: Gaea Mission.
Is this game a bit like Battlezone from activision? RTS/FPS hybrid? Battlezone was amazing one of the best games ever and hardly any games were like it..
@daishi711 True, it’s a shame there’s very few games like this and yes the AI pathfinding was clumsy on some levels and on later levels even worse. But have you ever seen a game where the AI has been 100% good at what it does? 😉
Thanks for the playthroughs. I used to play this game and Urban Assault a lot–its too bad that this genre combination (RTS + taking active control of your units) hasn’t been successfully marketed. Both games did have incredibly stupid AI, and especially pathfinding, though.
@DayGhost1000 You can pick up a copy of the game for a few pound, or dollars depending where you live. Well worth it imo.
This is easily one of my favourite games of all time. I used to play it loads when i was young too, still do to this day. Notice these days just how dumb the AI is, including the enemy, most if not all missions can be completed by one unit alone if you simply take out all of the oil rigs systematically. Still an amazing game, so sad it never took off. It deserves a long awaited sequel. Everything about it is amazing, from the graphics, level design, story to the brilliant voice acting.
@xxXsTreamxx I crashed for me 1` time. Then i restarted it an its going good now. I’m at the level where u get the clock. I’m running it on Win 7 64-bit on Xp Sp 2 capability.
@DayGhost1000
ya.. i found a torrent aswell… but at the 5th or 6th mission it always crashed 🙁
@xxXsTreamxx Lmaa i’m downloading it right now i hope it works on Win 7 64-bit -_- One of my FAV games. It and Project nomads. both under rated games. The hostile waters torrent is still active.. getting 800kb’s its 554 MB.
i had this game..but i lost it somehow..where i can find a torrent (active) ?
it was one of my favourite games!
yup…i loved it…. incredible game play…..one of the best games i ever played….actualy i stumbled upon this movie while searching for hostile wathers 2…hoping by now it came out….guess it never did 🙁
@Zero2Nine Yeah, I guess there just wasn’t enough marketing for it or something because surprisingly few know about this.
Bloody hell this game was awesome, amazing story and brilliant gameplay. Too bad it never sold 🙁
