Question by Frank112: How to set up my cell phone so that it only alerts me in daytimes when it is out of battery?

I was waken up again last night by the ring of my cell phone, not because someone called me but because the phone was running out of battery. What a stupid design. I would like to know how to set it up so that it only alerts me in daytimes. Thank you.
The maker is Samsung.

    but why is that a bad design? what is the alternative? that the phone battery dies in the middle of the night and the next morning when you wake up the phone is dead. I can’t think that would be better.
    If you phone has a lithium battery there is no problem charging it up every night.
