so you know when people are naturists? well if their naked the whole time then what do the women do when they’re on their period? does it all just come out and thats okay or do they wear a tampon? or do they wear knickers for that week? what goes on?? just cos nobody ever talks about that stuff …

If you believe it’s a design flaw then it’s a stupid question. The reason humans have flaws is because we weren’t designed.
Women on their period wear whatever they want in a nudist or naturist resort. It is very rare that one of these places demand people to be naked 100% of the time I have never heard of one saying women much be naked for the very reason you have stated. People understand natural functions so women will where pants, shorts, and bikini bottoms. If they are comfortable with just wearing a tampon and feel nothing will show, some will do that. They do not let menstrual fluid “just come out” it would be incredibly unsanitary.
