Happy Rhodes – The Chariot (New Haven house concert)
Posted by James on November 19, 2010 · 9 Comments
Happy Rhodes performing her song “The Chariot” from her album Many Worlds Are Born Tonight. Bob Muller is on percussion. This was a house concert in New Haven, CT at the home of Meth and Woj. Shot with a Sony DV camera with a breathtakingly stupid design that requires removal from the tripod to change the tape.
Thank you for uploading Happy’s videos! There are those of us who’ll never have a chance to see her live, so you do us a great favour. That’s why she’s internationally known!
This song gives me goosebumps. It’s like she wrote down my secrets. Beautiful as always.

What an extraordinary vocal range. It can be a little off-putting at first but you are soon enchanted by her talent.
She is truely AMAZING. She’s the best female singer around. I was waiting for such an artist for years. Kind regards from France.
