No such thing.
You will have to go to the antique shop for this. Other than a very expensive large format camera made in AZ there are no cameras made, or even assembled, in the US.
Which is good, because I have no idea what you mean by “Learning Camera” anyway.
If you want made in USA you could find a used Argus C3

You can largely forget about “Made in USA” for most consumer products. Other than Rubbermaid and some Big Ticket Items, I can’t recall any consumer products that are still carry “Made in USA” label.
