Why don’t you show the next 1000 years for? the Roman (Byzantine) Empire?

  7. Ivan Contreras says:

Yup once again it’s shown how meaningless and vague that word the “west” really is,? hell next thing china will be included

  8. MrOwnerandPwner says:

The Ottomans didn’t destroy all of the Roman Empire, It? was the Byzantine Empire, who spent over 400 years declining, with only a tiny fraction of Greece and Constantinople before the Ottomans destroyed them. This video ends almost 1000 years before that…

  9. Robbie Schexnayder says:

Was Greece in this war doesn’t look? like it, Because in that time Greece and Persia was at war.

  14. Fifotsariat says:

Didn’t? you read the comment from gencgenc, Islam didn’t exist until 570AD and this timeline ends at 476AD.

  22. historyrant o says:

    no the eastern roman? empire

  23. VendPrekmurec says:

What an occult nonsense… There were no “germanic” tribes? at the current territories of Poland and even eastern Germany… only Venetic (Slavic) western tribes who later mixed with Skoti (“Skolotoi”) aka “Scynthian” Slavs and became SklaVeni (Skoloti + Veni/Veneti) or Sloveni, Sklavini.

  24. historyrant o says:

in the 1800s bc Babylon conquered Assyria, why is their no mitani and? Iberian culture isn’t a civilisation,

  25. stalkertt1 says:

    this? is very wrong !!!!!

  26. io007a says:

we need to reduce the working week at the pace of increasing productivity ,8 hours workday has like a century, why not reduce it to 7 hours, and then move to 4 days workweek, we are stuck mentaly, technology is suposed to make our lives better not to be feared.?

  27. io007a says:

so the solution is simple reduce the working day? and then the working week 8 hours a day programe has like 100 years, why not move to 7-6? 5 days a week is almost standard for decades all over the world why not move to 4? and then in a 30 -40 years time we can transform to a new society, high unemployment is a stupidity that can always be avoided if the political will is there.

  28. io007a says:

man is hard to measure performance, you? only see it when you don’t have it ,for ex you can’t play dx11 games with an old dx10 video card, but the test that measures performance between them in dx 10 doesn’t compare them fairly, and the 18 month time is just a statistic it doesn’t mean necessarely that in the next 18 months performance doubles. then chips become smaller and consume less power so that has to be factored in too, most times cpu-s become smaller they don’t have the same size as old o

  29. io007a says:

wich grows faster because of human inovation? in design

  30. m44ever says:

robots will do things, wich makes life possible, and humans will do things wich makes life fun?

  32. bogota909 says:

    simply brilliant Mcafee!!?

  33. davidsdiego says:

    Immensely? intriguing!

  34. delatroy says:

Yes and: “…who? predicted that period for a doubling in chip performance (being a combination of the effect of more transistors and their being faster).”

  35. iTube4ux says:

Moore’s law talks about the number of transistors per inch squared? which still hold valid, not necessarily a doubling in CPU speed.

  36. delatroy says:

Moore’s law? I don’t really see it to be honest… where is my 2x CPU performance today compared to 18 months ago? Look at any 3D Mark benchmark score today compared to 18 months ago. While we might in fact double in power.. it’s not delivered so it is not in effect.. Kursweil et al. all hinge on Moore’s Law but? I don’t see it..

  37. VICTORIA ELEZOVA says:

    Great? video!

  38. Tobleronewnuts says:

Mr. McAffe brings up a very valid point…what’s happening to our jobs? In a decade you could see transportation jobs dissapearing, They don’t mention it in here but Solar power technological advancement are advancing at? the same rate, by 2016 we will be able to harness enough power for all our energy concerns, what will happen to the energy industry? Such an exciting time.

  39. Deadmansparty2002 says:

It’s definitely of concern. What’s of more concern, and I suspect this will come up in the broader discussion, is what happens if someone is able to manipulate these? machine/computer based systems to their advantage.

  40. RedTory59 says:

Great! Busing tables at restaurants is a safe haven of the future? economy!
