    u need

    1. to know the dimensions and materials used in levees
    2. a good handbook on civil engineering (i reccomend Trautwine’s)
    3 to know the direction and magnitude of the forces with respect to the levee

    it is more difficult than u think due to magnitude of data required, and the fact that u werent there to measure the forces urself u can only guess for a given set of parameters
