The only reason I&#8217;m unsure is because I am staining the cabinets a darker ash wood color and I don&#8217;t think it would look right to have the cabinets darker than the paneling? The colors I have in mind for the upper walls is between a darker taupe or a bold but muted shade of orange. I want my kitchen to feel kind of masculine and lived in, so I chose black counters and brushed nickel modern fixtures. If you&#8217;d go for classic i would suggest using dark brown or grey.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Know better?
