We have already replaced the igniter twice .  We used Sears repair and they are very expensive and always require two trips. Now the igniter is not working again. It seems like a faulty product to us.   Any one else have this problem?<br \/>\nThanks for the response (from sonnyb).  It is so true that companies make it impossible to get a response to a complaint. That is why I buy whirlpool. Yes I have had a lot of problems with GE.  There customer service is non existent. Rude.
