I am experiencing errors on my phone in which I cannot receive texts or calls but people can receive mine. I already used up my warranty because there was a manufacturing issue on the first one. Because of this issue and the previous one, I am beginning to think this phone is just a faulty design full of errors. My contract doesn’t go up until July 17 but I was wondering if there’s any way to get a new phone without having to pay the 0 to void the contract. I also don’t want to get a crappy cheap phone just to wait out until the contract goes up. Is there any way to get around this?? Thanks.

Best answer:

Answer by Jessie
Your contract is every 24 months, but the upgrade is 18 months. Anyways T-Mobile got rid of contracted plans, so you’d have to change your rate plan to the new 50 unlimited talk, text, web, and with a new upgrade, that’s going to put your bill at , depending on what phone you get. If it’s been less than 18 months since your last upgrade, there WILL be a transition fee unless you are already on a Value plan. Call and ask. If you’re on Classic, check when your last upgrade was.

Know better?
