Sounds like homework to me…
YOu’d do well to research what portions of the enforcement aspect falls on producers, both in terms of structural requirements (quality of product, safety, recall services, customer assistance) and in terms of legal ramifications (responsibility for defects and injuries).

producers do not care at all about consumer’s rights.(if they want to make financial profit that is) they actually try to invent new artificial “rights” so that they will sell the products that “protect” them. it is really evil if you think about it.
