Ten items? A minute to talk about each? Sounds delightful! There’s a whole lot of stuff and very little time to chat about it. But ten in ten isn’t that difficult, right? Massive ‘thanks’ to my assistant. His entire job was to pick ten items out of a couple of boxes and put them on a table one at a time. But no! Instead he pulled a couple of random items off nearby shelves and tables, and then saved the worst possible item until last. CHEERS. (I wonder if anyone’s stupid enough to write something like “herp this video isn’t exactly ten minutes long derp” in the comments? I’ve often wondered if that’s something 5 Second Films have to put up with.) ? Twitter – www.twitter.com ? Extra Videos – www.youtube.com ? Facebook – www.facebook.com ? Web – www.ashens.com

Some capitalists honestly achieve, but others are just PARASITES. THAT DOES NOT MAKE THEM SUPERMEN. Only predators. SOCIETY should not? be an “every man for himself” society.

  2. Jeffrey Frasure says:

Can someone tell me what the name of the song that is in the start of this video and end of the? last video?

  3. Jcolinsol says:

It’s weird how they’ll always? play clips of hitler talking to the mob, but they’ll never subtitle it. What was he SAYING?

  4. JamesBurkeWeb says:

Personally I don’t think the word has any? scientific meaning (“race” that is). We all possess the same genes and sometimes one will be “turned on” (or not) in response to environmental pressures.

As for the “turning on” part, I’m not sure how that proceeds but I think it requires breeding to occur (ie. with embryonic stem cells, so you’d need a whole new embryo).

    This all happens very fast.

Ex. Canadian/Chinese immigrants change wildly wrt. their grandparents (regardless of “race” lineage).

  5. christelwink says:

Don’t you think Peter Ustinov meant this not? as scientific fact? He was himself a hybrid of hybrids. Don’t you think he meant that unwillingness to interact socially with another species is something only fit for disgusting insects, with no imagination?

  6. ing420021 says:

Actually races (variations of a species) appear as a response to changing environmental conditions not by cross-breading. And there are many “races” of flies, the common house-fly being just one of them.

For example, the most common variation of a species? that one thinks of is the color of human skin, and that only appeared as a response to the climate (hot weather – dark skin; cold weather – light skin).

  7. JamesBurkeWeb says:

Hmm, I find that hard to believe. Surely the simplest organisms don’t mate with other species since it’s purely automatic (response to smell or whatever). Plants will naturally do it since insects will? make mistakes identifying the female.

Humans rarely do, and of course when mammals happen to mate successfully “extra-species”, the resulting offspring is always sterile (a donkey say).

    Evidence required on that one!

I recall Peter Ustinov saying that the only racially pure species were house-flies? because they did not have the ability or imagination to breed outside their species.

  9. JamesBurkeWeb says:

I’ve read that Europeans are far more likely to carry a special gene (forget the name) which makes them essentially immune to HIV. This gene apparently was prominent amongst those who’d survived the Black Death. Apparently it has no? other known effects, but could easily have been an indicator for some other genetic disorder…

You never know. Prolly not good to diminish the diversity of the gene pool.

  10. JamesBurkeWeb says:

Well it’s already going on as it turns out, and not in any small measure. I think almost all in-vitro fertilizations are screened for genetic disorders before going ahead. That may be alright, but on the other hand, it may lead to so much genetic invariability amongst humans that we, as a species, may become highly susceptible to being wiped out by a single virus or parasite or whatever. Often the genes that can produce genetic disorders have unknown? beneficial effects. continued…

  11. Thornfox says:

I would say that eugenics has some value to it, as unpopular a view as that might be.? The problem isn’t so much the concept of genetic health as it is the criteria of “health,” and the means by which you improve the gene pool. We’re ages from any moral, practical implementation.

William Graham Sumner was an Englishman?

My research shows that he was born in New Jersey in 1840, so he was not even an “Immigrant American”, and could even have run for president? if he so chose.
