God gave us free will because god doesn’t want people to follow him that truly? don’t want to follow him, and he didnt create adultry,homosexuality or any of those things you mentioned,those are a result of sin that entered in the world by the fall of man….
My point is if you leave moral’s up to people you will never have two people who can agree on what is moral or immoral ranging from small things like lying when deemed neccesary up to big things like murder..there has to be moral absolutes so everyone across the board? knows what’s right and wrong ,don’t you agree ?
Well, I can’t tell Hitler or Stalin anything, since they’re dead. Also, they were psychopaths who wouldn’t have cared in the least about anyone else’s rules, written or not, so the Ten Commandments would have been wasted on them. Are you really making the argument that everyone in the world was a? psychopath without a conscience until God came along and put it in writing? And do you really think written rules would have any effect on true psychopaths? Ridiculous.
If God created us and wanted us to behave as the bible says we should, and if God is the creator of all things and his will is done through our actions why did God create free will, or sociopathy/psychopathy or kleptomania, adultery, homosexuality, greed, or any of the other things that the bible says are against the will of God?
I could answer this for myself by saying God doesn’t exist and we have to take responsibility for what we do ourselves but I’d like to see? what the Christians say.

However the science they were teaching has been proven? wrong, for instance you can not get rid of genetic diseases/ disorders because of some people carry it in a non-dominant allele. Using hitler as an example for either side does not get anyones argument anywhere.
Obviously, you haven’t read “Mein Kampf”. You don’t know too much about religious history, either. To some extent your right but they weren’t written in stone…the bible states that in noah’s time the people? were so evil that they acted like no god existed so i would argue that the laws werent that evident….given each society that existed…look at sodom and ghamora…
Those laws were evident in pre-biblical times.? The people that wrote the bible just incorporated them into their book.
Keep? religion away from CHILDREN until at least aged 16, religion would be finished.
If evolution is an ongoing? issue then perhaps one day humans might evolve into something worth while.
Hitler also believed in social Darwinism.It always gets me the amount of science Hitler used to bring his party to have this hatred for Jews.They were teaching in school evolution at that time,and taught that others? were superior to the Jews.This is never brought into light though.Go figure.
They may not follow it or believe it but yes morality is morality no matter where you live? or what you believe….
Where does the law come from,you see the law was handed down to us over 4000 years ago ..thou shall not kill thou shall not steal thou shall? not lie and so on…

You are? right the value’s of society were set by the bible and the word of god…society’s are going away from this but the bible was the cornerstone of morality for over 4000 years……over half of society still feels it’s abnormal for a man to lay with another man,so which half is right the half that believes in fundamental value’s or the half that sets its own morality with no foundational basis ?
These values are set by a society itself. In days of old these were from religion however in modern societies, such as US and Western Europe, the values of the society have moved ahead of aged religious dogma. For instance, Judao-Christian religions forbid a man “to lay with another man” however this is legal and not taboo within Western Society. I’d say? the progressive values of a secular society are far better than some values imposed by 2 millenium old mythology.
