One thing is trying to put lengthy processes on the event threads. That happens all the time with Micro$oft, so that’s why their products are so unresponsive.

    There are many, many ways to screw up a user interface.
    But I think in general the biggest UI Design mistake is not taking it serious.

    When you think about what your user wants to achieve with your application you can avoid many, many mistakes. But many developers seem to skip that point 😉
