Q&A: How can a bridge collapse in California due to fire?

Question by lvillejj: How can a bridge collapse in California due to fire?

Are scientist going to try and disprove that the high temperatures of the fire of a gas tanker caused a highway to collapse? Has this EVER happened in history? Is this a coverup to give 911 insiders an example of fire destroying metal? All they have to say now is look at the collapse in California. I would like to see some of the 911 for truth proffesors do their own investigation on the bridge collapse and see if it is possible that the story is botched. Arnold Swarzenegger even said himself that he called a state of emergency to clear the red tape so that they could get this resolved sooner.

Q&A: Has anyone had a recalled Ford product fire and would you be willing to testify in court?

Question by deliciadawn: Has anyone had a recalled Ford product fire and would you be willing to testify in court?

My son and his girlfriend were burned alive, due to the failure of the recalled cruise control switch. My car was NOT RECALLED until 7 months after they were killed. I have filed a wrongful death suit, Ford knew this part was defective since the early 90’s and still let people drive them around with ticking time bombs under the hood. So if you would like to be a witness let me know with a e-mail address.

Q&A: Statutory rights when it comes to laptops setting on fire?

Question by Jsm: Statutory rights when it comes to laptops setting on fire?

My parents bought a laptop what must be close to 1.5 years ago now from a very well know PC outlet. A battery recall was made on the product and the PC outlets tech guys replaced the battery, it has been around a year since that happening, but today their charger caught light, Looking at the battery, it seems like a lesser powered battery was put in, and the lead was never changed. Where do I stand with consumer / statutory right on this? Do the PC outlet have to replace the lead? Or does it have nothing to do with them?

If it’s 1.5 years ago, it’s hard to get your laptop fixed unless you bought the extended warranty. Most manufacturers only cover laptops for 1 year.

It occurs to me that someone who goes by the name genius would know to follow the instructions included with the recall. Since I don’t have said recall in possession and you do, what does that imply?
